Jewelwax - a wax specially developed for CNC machining applications in the jewellery industry

Jewelwax is supplied in a variety of profiles:-

Rods: Jewelrods in 150 mm lengths

• mini-rods 6,8,10,13,20 mm diameters
• med-rods 25,35,45,55,70 mm diameters
• large rods 80, 94 & 102 mm diameters

Billets:

Jewelcast with smooth cast major surfaces

• 6x100x250 & 6x100x200 mm
• 10x100x250 & 10x100x200 mm
• 10x50x100 & 20x50x100 mm
• 20x100x100 & 20x100x200 mm
• 55x100x250 mm

Jewelcut with cut major surfaces

• 5,10,15,20,30,40 mm thicknesses with widths up to 195 mm max and lengths 300 mm maximum. (see price list for common / popular sizes)

Ring tubes:

In 150 mm lengths with concentric holes.

• UK sizes "G" to "O" with OD = 33 mm
• UK sizes "P" to "Z+1" with OD= 36 mm
• UK size "Z+3" / US14 with OD= 45 mm

Bangle tubes circular:

In lengths of 150 mm with wall thicknesses of approximately 13 mm.

• 55 mm ID with OD = 82 mm
• 65 mm ID with OD = 94 mm
• 75 mm ID with OD = 103 mm

Bangle tubes oval / elliptical:

A range of oval / elliptical bangle tubes is currently being developed. It is envisaged that these will be available in lengths of 150 mm with major axes of 50, 55 & 60 mm.
